Fully Composed and Designed Résumé
Professional Occupations: $335-$500
Non-Professional Occupations: $250-$335
- We provide a fully composed and personalized résumé, based on data provided by clients through previous résumés, job descriptions, performance evaluations, and personalized data. This information, along with input regarding the job target and more data from a personal conversation with you in person, by phone or video conferencing permit us to develop a marketing strategy. Since we hear how clients speak while gathering information, our documents are built with vocabulary and wording that meets the comfort level of each client. The marketing strategy determines the content and length of the résumé, what is focused, what is de-emphasized, and the order in which the information is presented to the reader.
- Pencraft prides itself in using marketing expertise and branding concepts in the construction of your résumé. This attracts the attention of a greater number of employers/recruiters and hence, more chances for increased salaries, greater fringe benefits, and more employment options over what would likely occur by doing one’s own résumé.
LEVEL II
Résumé Repair: $275-$375
- We take your existing résumé, evaluate it and bring it "up-to-speed." This includes branding composition, and editing resulting in a quality presentation to meet current market expectations. It could be anything from reprioritizing major headings, adding additional positions/jobs, rewording descriptor lines to a major rewrite.
LEVEL III
You Compose Your Own Résumé: $135-$225
- We format it in a professional design.
